CarelyCloud was born from a real frustration: clinics coordinating appointments over WhatsApp, keeping patients in spreadsheets, and losing hours confirming visits by phone. The tools that existed were expensive, complicated, or built for large practices with dedicated IT teams. We decided to build something different.

We believe a physical therapy practice in Tegucigalpa deserves the same level of technology as a private clinic in New York. The size of the business shouldn't determine the quality of the tool.

The problem wasn't a lack of technology. It was technology that didn't fit.
Small and mid-size clinics don't have a problem accessing apps — they have too many disconnected ones. A WhatsApp group to coordinate the team, Google Calendar with no multi-doctor support, a spreadsheet for patients, manual phone calls to confirm appointments.
The solutions that exist for this are, for the most part, expensive, slow to roll out, or built for large practices with dedicated IT teams. They're not built for how an independent clinic actually works.
